- For check-ins after 6:00 pm (Low Season) and 9:00 pm (High Season), the security guard will guide guests to their residence.
- Bellboy service is available until 6:00 pm.
- Daily Housekeeping between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Concierge service available from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm (High Season), 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Low Season).
- Grocery shopping service available with additional charges, subject to availability, season, and advanced request.
- Last-minute shopping may take 1-3 business days due to limited local availability of goods.
- A day pass is mandatory for visiting guests who wish to enjoy all club amenities including the pool and beach. Reserve your day pass here or call +52 315 351 0000. Subject to availability.
- Access for visiting guests to the restaurants, residences, and certain activities does not requiere a day pass. Please check with concierge.
- Walking distance to Playa Rosa Beach Club. Additional charges for beach lounge set and activities apply.

- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Use of Drones is prohibited. It will be confiscated and the memory card destroyed.
- Music, loud voices, and noise must be controlled at all times. Loud noise is strictly forbidden after 12:00 am.
- Pools are open 24/7, but noise rules apply. No lifeguards on duty. Users are responsible for their own safety. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
- No external music, food, or drinks allowed in pools and common areas.
- Reserving umbrellas and lounge chairs is not allowed.
- Please ensure children are supervised at all times, as certain areas within the house may present significant dangers.
- Please inform staff of any additional guests joining for a meal. Additional charges may apply.
- No noise louder than 65 decibels is permitted after 12:00 am on weekdays and 2:00 am on weekends. Parties may continue in the cinema, with extra charges for setup.
Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation policy and payment schedule vary by season. The terms that apply to your reservation are provided at the time of booking.
- A deposit of 30% or 50% is collected at the time of booking, depending on the season.
- The remaining balance is due 3, 14, or 30 days before arrival, depending on the season.
- Reservations for Festive Season (December 20th - January 6th) & Easter (March 29th -April 5th, 2026) are non-refundable. For other dates, cancellations made before the final payment deadline are fully refundable.
