- Check-in after 3:00 PM / Check-out before 12:00 PM
- For check-ins after 6:00 pm (Low Season) and 9:00 pm (High Season), the security guard will guide guests to their residence.
- Bellboy service is available until 6:00 PM.
- Daily Housekeeping between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Concierge service available from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm (High Season), 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Low Season).
- A day pass is mandatory for visiting guests who wish to enjoy all club amenities including the pool and beach. Reserve your day pass here or call +52 315 351 0000. Subject to availability.

- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Use of Drones is prohibited. It will be confiscated and the memory card destroyed.
- Music, loud voices, and noise must be controlled at all times. Loud noise is strictly forbidden after 12:00 am.
- Pools are open 24/7, but noise rules apply. No lifeguards on duty. Users are responsible for their own safety. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
- No external music, food, or drinks allowed in pools and common areas.
- Reserving umbrellas and lounge chairs is not allowed.

- Please ensure children are supervised at all times, as certain areas within the house may present significant dangers.
- Please inform staff of any additional guests joining for a meal. Additional charges may apply.
- No noise louder than 65 decibels is permitted after 12:00 am on weekdays and 2:00 am on weekends. Parties may continue in the cinema, with extra charges for setup.
- No reimbursement applies.
- 50% of the rental payment is collected at the time of booking. Balance of payment is due 60, 30 or 14 days before arrival depending on the property and season. Payment schedule will be specified at check-out when placing your booking.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance within the specified timeframe will result in the loss of the deposit and automatic cancellation of the reservation.
- No refunds will be granted for early departures.
- Consider Travel Insurance with cancellation coverage, as Careyes is not liable for changes in plans.
