• English-speaking VIP Concierge to organize your experience in Careyes, available from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. (Monday-Friday), 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (Weekends)

- No reimbursement applies.
- 50% of the rental payment is collected at the time of booking. Balance of payment is due 60, 30 or 14 days before arrival depending on the property and season. Payment schedule will be specified at check-out when placing your booking.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance within the specified timeframe will result in the loss of the deposit and automatic cancellation of the reservation.
- No refunds will be granted for early departures.
- Consider Travel Insurance with cancellation coverage, as Careyes is not liable for changes in plans.
