Elevate your Careyes getaway with bespoke in-villa experiences such as rejuvenating spa treatments, private yoga classes and more. These special offerings come at a supplementary cost, ensuring your stay is perfectly tailored.

• English-speaking VIP Concierge to organize your experience in Careyes, available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Staff is available from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, please let them know your requests in advance.
• Special dietary preferences or restrictions can be accommodated upon request.
• Groceries and purchases are subject to availability, season, and require at least 15 days advanced notice. Surcharge of goods apply.

- Please ensure children are supervised at all times, as certain areas within the house may present significant dangers.
- Pets and not allowed. However you may request approval here for small and service dogs. Charges and guidelines apply.
- Use of Drones is prohibited. It will confiscated and the memory card destroyed.
- Please inform staff of any additional guests joining for a meal. Additional charges may apply.
- No noise louder than 65 decibels is permitted after 12:00 am on weekdays and 2:00 am on weekends.
- No reimbursement applies.
- 50% of the rental payment is collected at the time of booking. Balance of payment is due 60, 30 or 14 days before arrival depending on the property and season. Payment schedule will be specified at check-out when placing your booking.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance within the specified timeframe will result in the loss of the deposit and automatic cancellation of the reservation.
- No refunds will be granted for early departures.
- Consider Travel Insurance with cancellation coverage, as Careyes is not liable for changes in plans.
